Polymeric wax is a good anti-allergic agent, but also for plastic, pigment dispersion lubricants, corrugated moisture-proof agent, hot melt adhesives and wax, automotive beauty wax and so on.
Second, the chemical nature
Polyethylene wax R- (CH2-CH2) n-CH3, molecular weight 1000-5000, is a white, odorless, odorless inert substance that can be melted at 104-130 ° C or dissolved in solvent and resin at high temperatures But it will precipitate during cooling, and its fineness is related to the cooling rate: slow cooling to obtain coarse particles (5-10u), rapid cooling to precipitate finer particles (1.5-3u). During the film formation process of the powder coating, when the coating film is cooled, the polyethylene wax is precipitated from the coating liquid to form fine particles, floats on the surface of the coating film, acts as a texture, extinction, smooth, abrasion resistance; Choose fine powder and paint system to get a variety of patterns.
